Work Requested

The State of Utah is seeking proposals for the provision of high quality geophysical equipment. Vendors should refer to Attachment B for detailed specifications and requirements regarding the equipment to be supplied.

Background

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract for the purchase of high quality geophysical equipment. The resulting contract will be a one-time purchase, with the expectation that the equipment will be delivered and accepted by the agency as soon as possible.

Contract Requirements

- This is a single purchase order award; only one vendor will be selected based on the highest score, as justified by the procurement code. - Vendors must guarantee their pricing through delivery and agency acceptance.
