DFCM Maintenance - Stage II Janitorial Services - Archives Warehouse Freeport C-6 Building

Background

The State of Utah's Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Archives Warehouse Freeport C-6 Building. This contract aims to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the facility, supporting DFCM's mission to manage state facilities effectively.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services as outlined in the DFCM Janitorial Services Contract, specifically detailed in 'Attachment C, Specifications' and 'Attachment D, Scope of Work'. Services include but are not limited to regular cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and maintenance of cleanliness standards as per state regulations. The contractor must ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment meet safety standards.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, spanning a total duration of three years.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Archives Warehouse Freeport C-6 Building located at 5th Street and C Street, Clearfield, UT 84015.

Bidder Requirements

Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Janitorial Contractors and are currently listed on the DFCM Prequalified Janitorial Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid. Contractors must also comply with all applicable state laws and regulations regarding licensure and insurance requirements.
