Background

The St. Louis Board of Education (d/b/a St. Louis Public Schools) is seeking qualified firms to undertake renovations at Clyde C. Miller High School specifically for the Cosmetology and Barber instructional space. This project aims to provide new and expanded facilities for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program.

Work Details

The scope of work includes renovations to create dedicated instructional spaces for Cosmetology and Barber programs, which may involve selective structure demolition, installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and finishes appropriate for educational environments.
