Construction: Wood Floor Refinish at Bonneville Jr and Matheson Jr

Granite School District (GSD) is seeking bids from licensed Carpentry and Flooring Contractors (S220) to complete the following work: - Sand, seal, and refinish the existing wood flooring at Bonneville Jr High School and Matheson Jr High School. - All work must be performed in accordance with the attached specifications.

Background

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to identify responsive and responsible contractors to perform wood floor refinishing services at two junior high schools within the district. The intent is to ensure the flooring at both locations meets district standards for safety and appearance.

Contract Requirements

- Contractors must be licensed as Carpentry and Flooring Contractors (S220). - The contract is anticipated to result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. - GSD reserves the right to award by location to multiple vendors or to the overall lowest bidder. - Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required.
