Site Civil Improvements and Building Safety Upgrades

Work Requested

The Township of Spring is seeking bids for the following construction services as part of the Site Civil Improvements and Building Safety Upgrades Project (Entech No. 4644.029): - General Construction (Contract No. 1): - Site Civil Improvements and Building Safety Upgrades for the Township of Spring Police Department. - Installation of ballistic security enhancements, including ballistic doors, windows, glazing, and panels. - Provision and installation of a new exterior electronic billboard along with all necessary electrical work. - Application of exterior foundation waterproofing around the entire building perimeter. - Epoxy injection at exterior foundation soils and within the elevator pit to address and mitigate groundwater infiltration. - Execution of site and civil improvements, such as drainage piping upgrades, installation of an underground roof drain system, and enhancements to foundation drains as specified in the project plans. - Construction of new sidewalks and restoration of site surfaces, including the addition of new mulch. - Mechanical Construction (Contract No. 2): Details for this contract are included as part of the overall project scope. Background
