The Borough of Dormont is seeking sealed proposals for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Excavation Repair Contract. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Sanitary sewer point repairs - Excavation for point repairs - Replacement of wye and lateral pipes - Manhole (MH) installation - CCTV verification of repair locations - Post-repair NASSCO CCTV inspections - All necessary traffic control - Notification to affected parties - Restoration of all disturbed areas The Borough reserves the right to add or subtract various sanitary or storm sewer locations throughout the contract. Contract Requirements

- Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. - All proposals must remain firm for sixty (60) days from the date of submission. - No bidder may withdraw their proposal within this sixty (60) day period without forfeiting the proposal guarantee. - Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made payable to the Borough of Dormont, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
