Posted: April 23, 2026, 10:12 a.m. EDT Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to seal soffits, replace windows, and renovate the wet room at USCG Station Oak Island, NC. See the attached Statement of Work for project requirements. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 236220 and size standard of $45M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on May 15, 2026, via email to Frank.M.Powers@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON May 8, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on May 5 at 1000 at USCG Station Oak Island, 300 Caswell Beach rd. Oak Island NC, 28465. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MKC Joshua Rice 732-864-6695, Joshua.S.Rice@uscg.mil a minimum of three days in advance. All visitors must present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided.
