Background The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New York District is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for the Syncrolift Shiplift S-5297 at the Caven Point Marine Terminal. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the boat lift through regular maintenance, inspections, and emergency services as needed. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform maintenance tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include: 1. Scheduling preventive maintenance, service, and repairs during regular working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). 2. Providing emergency callback service without additional charge during regular hours, responding within 24 hours. 3. Issuing time tickets signed by the government representative after each service visit, detailing work performed. 4. Maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule and work log accessible for government review. 5. Keeping a trouble log documenting callbacks and corrective actions taken. 6.
