The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with various standards related to water quality used in medical procedures, particularly in sterile processing and dental services. This solicitation is set aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal services for water testing in SPS and Dental Services areas to meet American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) ST108 Standards. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, tools, and supervision necessary to perform these services. Key tasks include: 1. Conducting water testing compliant with AAMI ST108 and other relevant standards including Heterotrophic Plate Count 9215, American Dental Association (ADA), Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. 2. Testing requirements include sampling protocols that ensure aseptic collection methods and proper handling of samples. 3. Reporting results within specified timeframes including detailed documentation of sampling conditions and analysis results. 4. On-demand retesting after out-of-range values or system modifications as required by the facility. 5. Maintaining chain of custody for samples collected and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the James E.
