Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a certified cashier's check or bid bond amounting to 5% of the total bid price as a guarantee for executing the agreement if accepted. Bidders must also comply with insurance requirements including workers' compensation and general liability coverage. Additionally, bidders must not be listed on any discriminatory vendor list or have participated in any boycott against Israel.
