Work Details

The contractor will provide the following fuels at retail fuel stations on Molokai: - Unleaded Regular (UR87) - Unleaded Midgrade (UM89) - Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Fuel will be dispensed to state-owned vehicles and motorized equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and generators. The contractor must maintain an island-based retail business with operational inventory for supplying the awarded items. All fuel stations must be open a minimum of twelve hours daily, including holidays. Fleet credit cards will be issued to agencies at no cost, with specific information embossed on each card. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that these cards are used solely for authorized fuel purchases.

Period of Performance

The contract term begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2028. There are no extension periods.

The contract will be performed at retail fuel stations located on Molokai, Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be either a Petroleum Jobber or a Petroleum Refiner/Distributor with an island-based retail business during the contract term. They must maintain compliance with all applicable licenses and certifications throughout the contract duration. Bidders are required to submit their Federal I.D. number and Hawaii General Excise Tax License I.D. number as part of their bid documentation.
