General Repairs Including Installation of ADA Sinks

Background

The State of Hawaii, through the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, is issuing a solicitation for general repairs at the Aiea Bay State Recreation Area in Aiea, Oahu. The goal of this contract is to procure services for the installation of stainless steel ADA compliant sinks and other general repairs to enhance accessibility and functionality within the park facilities.

Work Details

The work under this contract includes: 1. Demolition of existing sinks (4 units). 2. Furnishing and installation of 4 stainless steel heavy-duty ADA compliant hand sinks with welded drains in both Men's and Women's restrooms. The scope also includes incidental work related to these tasks as specified in the proposal and scope of work documents.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from the date of written notice to proceed.

Place of Performance

Aiea Bay State Recreation Area, Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s license classification General B. Additionally, bidders must comply with all laws governing entities doing business in the State, including obtaining necessary tax clearance certificates and compliance certificates from relevant state departments.
