Term Contract for General Electrical Work

Requested Work

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide general electrical construction services. Work will be assigned through individual Project Agreements, each with a maximum fee of $50,000. For each assigned Project Agreement, the specific scope of work, project schedule, and fee will be determined collaboratively between the CBJ Project Manager and the selected Contractor. CBJ reserves the right to reject any fees it considers unreasonable.

Background

This term contract is intended to establish a pool of qualified contractors for general electrical work, with services provided under separate Project Agreements as needs arise.

Contract Requirements

- Each Project Agreement is capped at a $50,000 maximum fee. - Scope, schedule, and fee for each project will be mutually agreed upon by the CBJ Project Manager and the Contractor. - CBJ retains the right to refuse fees that are deemed unreasonable.

Submission Instructions

Upon completion and signing of a Project Agreement between CBJ and the Contractor, a Notice to Proceed and a purchase order will be issued.
