Term Contract for Harbor Maintenance and Repair Services

Requested Work

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide general electrical construction services. Work will be assigned through individual Project Agreements, each with a maximum fee of $50,000. For each Project Agreement, the specific scope of work, schedule, and fee will be determined collaboratively between the CBJ Project Manager and the selected Contractor. CBJ reserves the right to reject any fees it considers unreasonable. Once both parties sign a Project Agreement, CBJ will issue a Notice to Proceed and a purchase order.
