Background The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC) is issuing this solicitation to procure, install, program, and test two new video walls and associated IT products at DISA-PAC located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This solicitation replaces a previous one that was canceled due to the inability to amend it. The goal of this contract is to refresh the existing video walls that have reached their end of life to ensure the audio/video system remains operational for mission-critical functions. Work Details The contract includes the following items: 1. **Material and Equipment**: - **Quantity**: 2 Each - **Description**: Video Wall Tech Refresh at DISA PAC, Ford Island, Building 77, Room 228/229. The new video walls will be approximately 6' 7.72" H x 23' 7.46" W x 0.95" D with a resolution of 2160x7680 pixels LED and a minimum brightness of 1,000 nits per cabinet. Each wall will support up to 18 HDMI inputs at 4K resolution. 2. **Incidental Installation**: - **Quantity**: 2 Each - **Description**: Installation of the new video walls and associated A/V equipment as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3. **Travel, Shipping, Other**: - **Quantity**: 2 Each - **Description**: Costs associated with travel and shipping for installation. 4. **Installation Warranty**: - **Quantity**: 2 Each - **Description**: Warranty covering installation with support during standard business hours. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the attached PWS and requires an interim or final SECRET clearance for on-site work. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a delivery date of approximately 12 months after contract award. HC1019-25-R-0007 to procure, install, program and test two new video walls, two video processors, and miscellaneous connected commercial information technology (IT) products located at DISA-PAC, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This solicitation directly replaces HC1019-24-R-0003 which was awarded under HC1019-25-C-0002, then canceled shortly thereafter. The Government was unable to amend the original solicitation, thus HC1019-25-R-0007 replaces it. The due date of proposals is Wednesday, May 13, 2026 NLT 10:00 am HST.
