Background The Marine Corps University (MCU) has a requirement for various Microsoft 365 Education products and services, including Microsoft 365 A5, Planner and Project Plan 3, Visio Plan 2, Defender for Business, Power Automate Premium, and Power Apps Premium annual licensing. The goal of this contract is to provide MCU with integrated capabilities accessible on multiple devices while ensuring security against advanced threats for both students and faculty. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns and is restricted to authorized resellers of Microsoft 365 Education products. Work Details The contract includes the following products and services: - Microsoft 365 A5: A suite of office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, Access, along with services such as Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Sway, Forms, Stream, and Flow. - Annual licensing for: - Microsoft 365 A5 - Planner and Project Plan 3 - Visio Plan 2 - Defender for Business - Power Automate Premium - Power Apps Premium. The total award amount will be determined based on the quoted prices for these items. Period of Performance The period of performance is a twelve (12) month base period beginning on July 1, 2026. Place of Performance The geographic location for the delivery of products and performance of services is at the Marine Corps University.
