Background The Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic Fleet Directorate is seeking technical, analytical, training, and travel program support services to ensure proper traveler arrangements are reserved and funded. This contract is specifically for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) holders of the SeaPort NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The CNSL's mission focuses on manning, training, and equipping assigned surface forces and shore activities to support U.S. national interests. Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal services for the travel program as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Providing customer service to CNSL fleet ships, employees, and customers regarding Defense Travel Program Authorizations and Vouchers. 2. Handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with appropriate safeguards. 3. Supporting CNSL in preparing and reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers for CNSL HQ and subordinate commands. The contractor must ensure travelers complete their travel authorization documentation according to defense travel regulations and have proficiency with the Defense Travel System (DTS). Responsibilities also include making necessary travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars), monitoring approved/unapproved travel, ensuring proper documentation in DTS, providing subject matter expertise to Approving Officials, tracking vouchers, assisting with travel reports, and monitoring after-hours duty phone for emergency travel issues. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Commander Naval Surface Forces Atlantic offices located in Norfolk, VA and Mayport, FL.
