Instructions on Submission

A Mandatory Information Session will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the main lobby of the Jefferson Square Building, 185 S Main St, Waterbury. - Attendance and on-time sign-in at this session is required. - Contractors who are late or do not attend will not be eligible to submit a proposal.
