Single Source provider for Gametime playground replacement equipment

Background

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is seeking to procure replacement playground equipment for use on existing GameTime equipment frames for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The intended source for this procurement is GameTime, represented exclusively in Florida and Georgia by Dominica Recreation Products (DRP). This acquisition is justified as a single source due to DRP being the sole supplier authorized to modify or add to existing GameTime equipment.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of replacement playground equipment specifically designed for use with existing GameTime equipment frames. The estimated dollar amount for this procurement is not to exceed $20,000. All purchases must be processed through GameTime's office in Florida, and invoicing will be directly from GameTime. No other suppliers are authorized to provide GameTime equipment.
