Background

The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) is seeking to procure Canon copiers to enhance its administrative capabilities. 4 seconds; First Out Time: as fast as 4.1 seconds (B/W) and 6.1 seconds (Color) - Four 550-sheet standard paper cassettes with similar paper handling capabilities as the iR ADV DX model. Both models must be delivered to the ODPS Administrative Unit located at DPS Receiving - ACF, Columbus, Ohio.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from the receipt of a purchase order through June 30 of the specified year, with potential renewals not exceeding twenty-four months based on mutual agreement.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors of the specified Canon products.
