The City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services (BZS) is seeking bids for the procurement of a new multifunction copier system (MFP) to enhance their operational capabilities. The goal of this contract is to provide not only the copier but also maintenance, support, and necessary supplies to ensure optimal performance.

Work Details

The contract includes the purchase of one (1) new multifunction copier system (MFP), specifically the Canon iF C7165 or an equivalent model. The contract will also cover maintenance/support and supplies (excluding paper and staples) billed as a cost per print/copy. Key specifications include: - Device must meet or exceed quality standards outlined in the solicitation. - Accessories required: High-Capacity Cassette Feeding Unit-F1 and Inner Finisher-N1. - Maintenance agreement to include all preventative maintenance, repair services, and genuine manufacturer parts. - Cost per copy pricing must encompass all costs except paper and staples, including toner, labor, travel, and emergency calls. - Average monthly usage expected between 25,000 – 35,000 copies. - Network consultation, installation, configuration services included with coordination required with BZS IT Manager. - Onsite training for up to four hours post-installation.
