Background

The City is seeking to establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for the maintenance, calibration, repair, and rental services of Industrial Hygiene Equipment. The estimated annual expenditure for this agreement is $40,000. This amount serves as a bidding estimate and does not guarantee actual orders or minimum purchases. The agreement will be effective from the date of execution until June 30th, 2027, with any unspent funds being canceled after that date.

Work Details

The contractor will provide maintenance, service, calibration, and rental of various industrial hygiene equipment. The specific equipment requiring annual calibration includes:

Quest AC-300

- Quest 300 Noise Dosimeters. All calibration and repairs must be conducted by certified technicians in compliance with NIST guidelines and standards. Bidders are required to provide unit costs for various services including hourly rates, maintenance fees per item, calibration fees per item, rental fees per item, repair parts/material charges (with percentage over cost noted), and miscellaneous charges if applicable.

Period of Performance

The contract will be in effect from the date of execution through June 30th, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed as needed within the jurisdiction of the City.

Bidders must provide detailed pricing for each line item requested in the bid instructions. All costs should include set-up, shipping, handling if applicable, and no hidden costs.
