Area 5 Roads and Drainage Improvements Project

The Area 5 Roads and Drainage Improvements Project (Contract No. 2026-03, Entech No. 4629.014) involves the following work: Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform site demolition Removal of existing storm culvert pipes Installation of new storm culvert pipes and associated headwalls Construction of stilling basins Grading and improvements to roadside channels and liners Regrading of existing gravel roads Milling and paving of designated roadways Completion of all other items specified in the Contract Documents or as shown or indicated on the Drawings The Arrowhead Lake Community Association, Inc. (Owner) is requesting bids for this construction project. This contract is part of ongoing infrastructure improvements within the Arrowhead Lake Community, specifically targeting Area 5 for enhanced road and drainage systems. Contract requirements include the full scope of work as detailed above and as specified in the Contract Documents and Drawings. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by 11:00 am local time on Friday, June 5, 2026. After the bid opening, a public notice with any available bid results will be issued via PennBid. Please note that bid results are subject to further review and do not constitute an award. All project documents are available at no cost through the PennBid Program. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Arrowhead Lake Community Association Administration Building, 961 Arrowhead Drive, Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania 18347. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
