Non Contract Steel

Background

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of non-contract steel materials. The goal of this contract is to supply various steel products to support operations at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution. This solicitation is part of an ongoing effort to ensure that the institution has the necessary materials for its operational needs.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following steel products in specified quantities: 1. Angle Steel: - 2" x 3" x 1/2" x 20FT (1 Each) - 3' x 4' x 1/2' x 20FT (1 Each) - 4' x 6' x 3/8' x 20FT (1 Each) - 5' x 5' x 5/8' x 20FT (1 Each) 2. Flat Bar Steel: - Rolled: 1' x 5' x 12FT (1 Each) - Rolled: 1/2' x 5' x 12FT (2 Each) - Flat: 1/2' x 20FT (1 Each) - Flat: HR, 3/4" x 6" x 20FT (1 Each) - Flat: HR, 5/8" x 3" x 20FT (1 Each) 3. Round Bar Steel: - CR, 3" x 20FT (1 Each) 4. Pipe Steel: - SCH80, Round, 2" OD X .500" WALL X 20FT (1 Each) 5. Plate Steel: - HR, OD X .500", WALL (15" ID) X 6FT (1 Each) - HR, Floor Plate, 5/8" X 48" X 96" (1 Each) - Diamond Plate, 1/8" X 60" X120" (1 Each) 6. Square Tubing: - HR, Square, 1/2" X4" X4" X20FT (1 Each)

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins on May 8,2026 and ends on May15,2026.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Chillicothe Correctional Institution located in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Bidder Requirements

There are no specific set-aside certifications required for this solicitation such as M/WBE or SDVOSB. Bidders must comply with all applicable regulations and standards as outlined in the solicitation.
