Contract Requirements

- Service provider must be able to perform both exterior and interior window cleaning. - High dusting in hard-to-reach areas, including windowsills and beams, is required and may necessitate the use of lift equipment.

Instructions on Submission

- This is a sealed bid process. All questions and responses must be submitted exclusively through the NGEM website ( www.ngemnv.com ). - Any inquiries, documents, or information sent outside of the NGEM system (such as by email, fax, or hard copy) will not be reviewed or considered. - Potential bidders must register as a Supplier on the NGEM System. Registration is free and can be completed by clicking on the Supplier Registration link and filling out the required form. - Once registered and logged in, bidders can view bid documents by selecting the specific project from the Current Bid Opportunities list. - Reviewing project bid data will automatically add the bidder's contact information to the bidders list, ensuring automatic receipt of any updates, changes, or addenda via the NGEM System. - Electronic bid proposals can only be submitted through the NGEM System.
