The State is seeking feedback, information, comments, and suggestions from potential vendors regarding the AS26-59 Section 404 Feasibility Study. The primary objectives are to: - Gather input from vendors prior to issuing an invitation for bids (IFB) or a request for proposals (RFP) - Assess whether to proceed with an IFB or RFP - Generate vendor interest in a potential future solicitation

Background

This RFI is not a procurement process and cannot be used to make a purchase or enter into a contract. It is intended solely for information gathering and market research purposes. The procurement unit must use a standard procurement process, or comply with an exception as described in Part 8, Exceptions to Procurement Requirements, to make any purchase or enter into a contract.

Responses to this RFI are not considered offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. Any information submitted to or by a governmental entity in response to this RFI is protected under Section 63G-2-305.
