Background

The County of Lycoming, through its Financial Management Department, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Supply Products. The purpose of this RFQ is to procure janitorial supplies for various County departments, ensuring that the products meet the County's needs in a cost-effective manner. The County aims to select multiple bidders based on the most economical quotes received.

Work Details

Bidders are required to provide a written price quotation for janitorial supply products. The supplies will be purchased by each County Department from the lowest responsible Bidder(s). Bidders must note if there is a minimum order requirement and provide firm pricing where possible. All items will be ordered on an as-needed basis, and deliveries must include packing and delivery charges. Deliveries should be made to multiple locations within Lycoming County. The successful Bidder will also need to comply with all specifications regarding product equivalency and may be required to submit samples for evaluation.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

The products will be delivered to various locations within Lycoming County, including but not limited to:

Executive Plaza

- Third Street Plaza & Warehouse Supplies

Lycoming County Prison

- Lycoming County Resource Management Services.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must certify that they are not debarred or suspended from doing business with the State of Pennsylvania or any Federal department or agency. Additionally, all quotes must include delivery terms and comply with security regulations when entering County facilities.
