Background The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is issuing solicitation number 1232SA26Q0501 as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Device Inspection and Service Plan. Pre Inspection to be completed within 45 days of the first day of the period of performance. 2. Option CLIN for Device Service Plan covering a period of 10 months if exercised. 3. All requirements are Firm Fixed Price; this is not a Time and Materials requirement. Period of Performance The period of performance for the pre-inspection (CLIN 0001) is from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. If the option (CLIN 0002) is exercised, the service plan will run from August 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the USDA facility located at 600 East Mermaid Lane, Wyndmoor PA 19038.
