The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offerors whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with both past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be available on MAY 8TH, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.sam.gov/.
