Background

The Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) is seeking a vendor to provide three exhibit case tables. The SOS aims to fulfill its operational needs through this procurement, ensuring that the selected vendor meets specified requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details

The vendor is required to provide three exhibit case tables with the following specifications: 1. Acrylic exhibit case 2. Black laminate desk or equivalent 3. Detachable or collapsible legs 4. Interior height of the display case must be 20 inches 5. Overall dimensions of the interior of the display case can range from: - Minimum: 20"H x 54.5"W x 26"D - Maximum: 20"H x 58"W x 28"D 6. Overall table dimensions must be 32"H x 60"W x 30"D. 7. The product must be delivered within two weeks after an order is placed, and delivery is to be made FOB Destination to the Illinois Secretary of State at 501 S. 2nd St., Edwards St. Dock, Springfield, IL 62756.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will run through June 1, 2026. The total term of the contract, including any renewal terms and extensions, shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Illinois Secretary of State at 501 S. 2nd St., Edwards St. Dock, Springfield, IL 62756.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the performance of this contract. Additionally, vendors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents.
