The City is seeking proposals for RFP #2027-02, titled 'FY27 Rubbish & Garbage Abatement for Code Violations', to address rubbish and garbage issues in violation of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) Section 308.1.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of rubbish, debris, and garbage from privately owned properties found in violation of IPMC Section 308.1. Specific tasks include: - Removal of accumulated rubbish and garbage from both the interior and exterior of buildings. - Disposal of bulk waste, furniture, and non-hazardous materials. - General site cleanup to eliminate code violations as identified in work orders issued by the City. Work must be completed within ten (10) calendar days of notification. Contractors must submit before and after photos to the City within two (2) calendar days after completion.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue throughout FY27, with specific work orders issued on an as-needed basis.
