Furnish and Deliver Handheld Spectrum Analyzer

Background

The City and County of Honolulu is seeking to procure a Handheld Spectrum Analyzer for the Department of Information Technology (DIT). The goal of this contract is to furnish and deliver a new, unused spectrum analyzer that meets specific technical and performance requirements as outlined in the solicitation. Work Details

The contractor shall furnish and deliver one Handheld Spectrum Analyzer to the DIT. The analyzer must be either an Anritsu FieldMaster Pro MS2090A or Keysight FieldFox N9936B model, or an approved substitute. Key specifications include: - Frequency range from 9 kHz to at least 14 GHz - Dynamic range of at least 105 dB in 1 Hz RBW - DANL less than or equal to -150 dBm with preamplifier enabled - Sweep rate greater than or equal to 40 GHz/s - Audio demodulation capabilities - Built-in preamplifier - Battery life of at least 2 hours - Necessary accessories including a soft carrying case. The analyzer must be calibrated prior to delivery with a certificate provided.

Period of Performance

Delivery of the Handheld Spectrum Analyzer is required within 60 days from the issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP).

The delivery location is specified as the Department of Information Technology, Communications and Network Division, located at 650 South King Street, 6th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

Bidder Requirements

The successful bidder must be registered as 'Compliant' on the State of Hawaii Compliance Express System prior to contract award. The contractor must also provide proof of tax clearances from the State Department of Taxation and Internal Revenue Service, along with certificates of compliance with labor laws and good standing with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Additionally, bidders are required to submit their offers in accordance with specified pricing and certification guidelines.
