HHSC Professional Service Providers for Fiscal Year 2027

Background

The Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC), an agency of the State of Hawai’i, is seeking new Professional Service Providers for Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). This solicitation aims to update the existing list of approved Professional Service Providers and evaluate individuals or organizations for specific professional services as needs arise during FY2026-2027. The services required are consistent with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 103D-304 and defined in HRS section 103D-104, specifically targeting licensed professionals in various fields.

Work Details

The contract will encompass a wide range of professional services categorized as follows: 1. **Architecture & Engineering (A&E)**: Services include but are not limited to Fire Protection Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and more. Professionals such as architects, surveyors, and landscape architects are included under this category. 2. **Hospital, Medical, Dental and Public Health (HMD&PH)**: This category covers various healthcare professions including chiropractic, dentistry, medicine & surgery, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, and more. 3. **Legal Services**: Legal expertise in areas such as Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Medical Malpractice, Contract Law, Employment Law among others. 4. **Miscellaneous Professional Services**: This includes community planning, accounting services, IT consulting services, hazardous materials consulting and various scientific disciplines. Interested providers must submit an Expression of Interest letter identifying the categories they wish to apply for along with a Statement of Qualifications and other required documentation.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be provided within the State of Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements

Providers must be licensed under relevant HRS chapters applicable to their profession. They must also submit a Certificate of Vendor Compliance to HHSC if selected for contract award. Additionally, all submissions must comply with HHSC's General Terms and Conditions.
