Background

The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking to procure Glock firearms and simunition for training purposes. The goal of this contract is to provide the ISP with the necessary equipment to enhance their training capabilities through the use of Simunition firearms.

Work Details

The vendor will supply the following items: 1. Simunition 14.5” Blue Upper Receiver with BLOCK Handguard Kit (General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems, Force on Force, UTM, or approved equivalent) - Quantity: 54 - Must be compatible with Force-on-Force simunition marketing cartridges (9mm) - Complete, ready to install unit designed for compatibility with standard MIL-SPEC AR-15/M lower receivers

Subcontractors are allowed; however, any subcontractor with an annual value exceeding $100,000 must include Illinois Standard Certifications completed by the subcontractor. The vendor must disclose any subcontractors utilized in the performance of this contract.
