Miami County's 2026 Chip Seal Program

Background

Work Details

The minimum wage for all labor employed must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations under Section 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a BID GUARANTY as a guarantee that they will enter into a contract if selected. This can be in the form of either a bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted in writing and marked 'BID FOR MIAMI COUNTY’S 2026 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM'.
