General Contractors for Minor Construction, Renovation, & Repair Projects under $200, 000

Scope of Work

The County is seeking qualified General Contractors to perform a variety of minor construction, renovation, repair, modification, and demolition projects. All projects under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will have a value of less than $200,000. Services requested include, but are not limited to: - Minor construction - Renovations - Repairs - Modifications - Demolitions This is a non-exclusive contract, and there is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work to be awarded. The County plans to establish a pool of qualified Contractors to fulfill these needs as they arise.

Contract Background

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and pre-qualify a pool of General Contractors capable of delivering minor construction, renovation, repair, modification, and demolition services for projects valued at under $200,000.

Contractors must be able to: - Perform minor construction, renovation, repair, modification, and demolition work for projects under $200,000 - Meet all County requirements and standards as specified in the RFQ
