The required work includes: - Performing all repairs strictly in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards to maintain reliability and emergency readiness - Utilizing manufacturer-specific parts - Employing proprietary diagnostics - Conducting specialized calibration procedures - Providing direct technical support from the manufacturer These services are necessary due to the age of the generators and the extent of internal mechanical work required. Third-party vendors cannot provide the required parts, diagnostics, or technical expertise.
