Work Requested

The District's Food and Nutrition Services Department is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive food service sanitation system across approximately 52 District facilities, with the possibility of additional locations as needed. The scope of work includes: - Supplying sanitation products - Providing regular service and maintenance - Supplying necessary chemicals - Delivering staff training - Offering all related services required for food service operations All services and products must be provided at a firm fixed monthly cost per school, covering all compensation for work performed and products supplied.

Contract Requirements

All proposals must adhere to the specifications and quality standards outlined in this bid. The contract will be awarded on an ALL OR NONE basis to the responsible proposer achieving the highest evaluation score. Proposals that suggest the use of joint, consortium, or other bids/contracts will be considered non-responsive. During any declared disaster situation, the Contractor must agree to bill any bid items at actual cost, with no markup permitted.

Instructions on Submission

Proposers must submit pricing at a firm fixed monthly cost per school, inclusive of all required services and products. Only proposals meeting all requirements and not recommending joint or consortium arrangements will be considered.
