Trailers with Related Equipment and Services

Sourcewell is seeking proposals for the provision of trailers along with related equipment and services. The goal is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that will be available for use by Sourcewell's Participating Entities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Supplying various types of trailers - Providing associated equipment - Delivering related services as needed Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota.

Background

Sourcewell Participating Entities comprise thousands of governmental agencies, higher education institutions, K-12 education organizations, nonprofit entities, tribal governments, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. The procurement solution resulting from this solicitation aims to serve the diverse needs of these entities.

Contract Requirements

Sourcewell encourages participation from Small, Minority-owned, Women's Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers, both as primary contractors and subcontractors. The participation of these suppliers in the solicitation process is highly encouraged.

A complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP #062526) is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov . Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal. The deadline for submission is June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
