Oak Street Tabletops & Bases

Background

The NODC (Northwest Ohio Developmental Centers) is seeking to procure Oak Street tabletops and bases for their facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality furniture that meets specific design and functional requirements, enhancing the environment for users.

Work Details

The contractor will supply the following items:

Oak Street Woodland Series Tabletops

- Quantity: 2, Size: 60” round, Edge: bullnose, Stain: dark walnut - Quantity: 1, Size: 60” round, Edge: bullnose, Stain: black - Quantity: 1, Size: 48” round, Edge: bullnose, Stain: black - Quantity: 2, Size: 30”x42” rectangle, Edge: bullnose, Stain: black - Cast Iron Bases sufficient to support the respective tabletops requested above. - The proposal must include shipping charges and a picture of each product. Chairs are not requested as part of this solicitation.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins on May 7, 2026, and ends on May 22, 2026.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to NODC at 1101 S. Detroit Ave, Toledo, OH 43614.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with The Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and possess a payee/supplier ID. They are required to submit an electronic copy of their proposal via OhioBuys before the closing date.
