I95 Emergency Towing Services

VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide towing equipment with experienced drivers/operators to perform roadway clearing operations on an as needed basis to assist VDOT during inclement weather and emergency events such as snow and ice, hurricanes, heavily traveled holidays, etc. by removing inoperable vehicles that are impeding the flow of traffic and/or could interfere with safe and efficient VDOT operations, or the safety of the traveling public.
