Background The contract is issued by the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) for tower inspection and maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and operational integrity of multiple towers and structures located at TYAD, which is critical for the agency's mission. This will be a non-personal services contract that requires the contractor to provide all necessary resources to perform the required inspections and repairs. Work Details The contractor shall perform full tower maintenance services on five (5) towers/structures in compliance with Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) 222-H code requirements, manufacturer’s recommendations, and all applicable laws and regulations. The scope includes: 1. Annual inspections on towers and platforms as per Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section 5.2; 2. On-call repairs as per PWS Section 5.3, which includes both time (hours) and materials used for repairs; 3. Known repairs as per PWS Section 5.1; The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the performance of these tasks. Period of Performance The period of performance will consist of one (1) Base Year of twelve (12) months with four (4) optional twelve-month periods. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Tobyhanna Army Depot located in Tobyhanna, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
