The Tampa Police Department aims to procure portable tire deflation devices, known as 'Stop Sticks,' to enhance law enforcement operations and public safety. These devices are intended to safely conclude vehicle pursuits and prevent unauthorized vehicle movement by gradually deflating tires, thereby minimizing risks during high-risk incidents.

- Five-year warranty on defective parts Each Cord Reel includes an 80-foot cord for safe deployment distance. The devices feature multi-directional spikes for correct deployment regardless of landing position, with a Tip and Quill assembly measuring 2 5/8 inches from tip to tip. Each 3-foot section contains 36 Teflon® coated steel Quills and 72 Teflon® coated Tips. Additionally, there is a fully trackable Online Training Portal available for product training and continuous education.
