Purchase of New Equipment and Attachments

Background

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of new equipment to replace old or worn equipment. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational efficiency by acquiring necessary machinery for use at correctional facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following equipment: - 5 units of KUBOTA RTV-X2C-SKLH-1 utility vehicles with cab - 1 unit of KUBOTA RTV-K4-PKLHS-A utility vehicle - 3 units of KUBOTA ZC1211-3-60 diesel zero turn mowers (24.8 HP, 60” deck) - 3 units of KUBOTA V5005 cargo box spreaders - 3 units of KUBOTA V5291 plow front blades - 1 unit of KUBOTA BX23SLSB-R14-1 backhoe loader - 1 unit of KUBOTA LX3520HSDC tractor - 1 unit of LANDPRIDE 650560 grading scraper.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins on May 7, 2026, and ends on May 26, 2026.

Place of Performance

The equipment will be delivered to the Allen Correctional Institution located in Lima, Ohio.
