Bidder Requirements

All respondents are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Vendors must submit a completed and signed Chapter 271 Political Contribution Disclosure Form with their proposal. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of business registration as required by N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
