Work Details The VA New Jersey Healthcare System is seeking to purchase five (5) packaged heat pump units that meet the following specifications: - Brand Name or Equal: Bard W36HF-A10XXXXXXX - Type: Packaged heat pump unit - Cooling Capacity: Approximately 3 tons (approximately 36,000 BTU/hr) - Heating Method: Reversing cycle heat pump - Refrigerant: R-410A or equivalent EPA-approved refrigerant - Electrical Requirements: Compatible with standard commercial electrical service (208/230V or equivalent as applicable) - Airflow Capacity: Approximately 1,200–1,400 CFM or appropriate airflow capacity for a 3-ton HVAC system - Construction: Weather-resistant cabinet suitable for commercial HVAC applications - Controls: Compatible with standard commercial thermostat control systems - Compliance: Equipment shall comply with applicable UL safety standards, DOE energy efficiency requirements, and standard HVAC industry practices.
