Work Details

The contract involves a one-time purchase of an Experian QAS Pro-Web License, which captures, cleans, and validates address data against national postal authorities for both online and intranet environments. The vendor is required to provide one license as specified in the solicitation. The total payments under the initial term of this contract shall not exceed the amount specified prior to execution.

Period of Performance

The initial term of this contract is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The total term of the contract, including any renewals or extensions, shall not exceed ten (10) years.

Place of Performance

The performance will take place at the Illinois Secretary of State's office located at 501 South 2nd Street Room 574, Springfield, IL 62756.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with various certifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. This includes maintaining a drug-free workplace if employing 25 or more employees and providing a Certificate of Insurance naming the Agency as additionally insured. Vendors must also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during contract performance.
