Bidder Requirements

Vendors must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. Vendors are required to submit a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with their proposal, certifying that they have not engaged in any collusion or restraint of free competitive bidding.
