Background

The East Orange Board of Education in East Orange, New Jersey, is seeking proposals for Professional Development Services for the 2026-2027 school year. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) 36-27 is to identify qualified service providers who can deliver comprehensive professional development programs to educators within the district. Bidder Requirements

Interested parties must submit their proposals by May 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. All respondents are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., including affirmative action requirements. Vendors must also provide a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and comply with all applicable laws regarding political contributions as outlined in N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13.
