Administration Building Dumpster Pad Expansion

Background

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is a Special Taxing District responsible for public infrastructure, including roads and water control systems. The District seeks a General Contractor to assist in expanding a dumpster pad as part of its infrastructure improvements.

Work Details

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the dumpster pad expansion. The work includes: - Locating underground utilities - Identifying conflicts - Performing selective demolition - Coordinating irrigation system adjustments and restoration - Constructing a new dumpster pad with concrete, grading, and fencing with gates - Ensuring proper drainage - Maintaining traffic control and job site protection - Restoring disturbed areas to conditions equal to or better than existing.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon receipt of the Notice-to-Proceed from the Owner and must be completed within a specified number of days thereafter, with milestones for substantial and final completion.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District located at 1900 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830.

Bidder Requirements

The contractor must comply with all safety regulations as outlined in the Special Contract Conditions. This includes submitting a Project Site-Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) prior to commencing work, ensuring that all workers have proper training on safety requirements, and maintaining public records as required by Florida law.
